The pouch zips into the front of the hoodie via two side zips and holds your baby securely against your chest. It's designed for face-in, chest-to-chest carrying — the position most newborns and young babies naturally settle into. Simply unzip both sides to remove the panel completely and wear it as a regular hoodie.

Best suited for newborns up to around 12 months, or up to approximately 10kg (22lb) in weight. Always follow safe babywearing guidelines — baby's face should be visible and clear of fabric at all times, chin off chest, and close enough to kiss.

Sizes run S to XXL. The hoodie has a relaxed, oversized fit designed to comfortably accommodate baby in the pouch, so most mums stick with their usual size. Yes — the thick, soft fleece traps body heat between you and baby, so most mums find they don't need an extra coat on top for short outings. For very cold days, layer a coat over the top (baby stays snug inside).

Machine washable on a gentle cold cycle. Air dry for best results — the fleece holds its shape and softness wash after wash. Zip the pouch panel closed before washing to protect the teeth.
